FBS held its 11th annual client Summit this last July 2009, and we were pleased to have approximately 75 attendees representing 38 MLSs and nearly 70,000 end users. Both FBS staff and the MLS representatives agreed this was the best Summit yet.
The theme of the Summit was MeTAL (measure, test, adjust and learn), which has been the core of FBS’s strategic plan for 2009. Each Summit has two inter-related goals: (1) to discuss with our customers ideas FBS has for improving flexmls Web; and (2) to learn from our customers their needs and priorities. The breakout sessions focus on particular features being planned for the system, and provide an opportunity for us to learn from our customers ideas they have for those features.
